Hey Joe, Seeing the pieces being assembled showed how the parts are "accurately shaped" more so than imagined. I still get hung up upon the waste part, like when creating the Phaser 2 body. Remember me going on about a commissioned version of a Phaser type 2 replica? Most of which your model has ...but missing some details I'd love to see in one I'd want to own. Check out my attachment images. This first illo shows a differing front where Ph 1 head is stowed. It flairs to meet Ph 1 nose. This image shows how Ph 1 has its "hood" up. And this is a clear view of illuminated/ extended beam emitter upon Ph 1. Not going for illumination ..but for extended emitter. Phaser 1 seems to have the bilk of physical changes. There were some underside details too upon Ph 1 that I could add myself. xx, FM

Joe, One last thing, ...would there be enough plastic wall for I to create this "ergonomic angle" to the rear wall of Phaser 1, as seen here in this and in other illustrations ? I know that also the Phaser 2 rear connecting end to Ph 1 will have to change inwards as well to match that angle. I'll figure a way, ..unless....? xx, FM

I hear what you're saying, and there are definitely models out there that have much more detail and movable parts than the prop I sell.
But, I wouldn't be able to sell those ones for CDN $65.00 (including free shipping which is $17.00 at my cost)
I'm not into making "Hero" props, there are much more talented people than me that can do that (And charge 3-4 times as much as I do). That's not my market. I'm more interested in selling props the average person going to comicon can afford. Not everyone has $300.00 to spend on a cosplay prop, and if you do and that's your thing all the more power to you.
I just remember being younger, working two jobs to make ends meet and thinking "Man, I would love to afford that phaser prop, but it's so expensive"
I remember back in the mid 1990's, when I ran a BBS system called.. You guessed it "Cyberia Online Systems" and I wanted to get a new, faster modem for the BBS. I had to skip one meal a day for a month to save up the money to buy that $89.99 modem. I'll never forget how hard that was, and why I strive to keep my prices as low as possible.

Joe,
Saving one's lunch money to acquire stuff. I did that when I wanted some Japanese anime tv manga... on "Tetsujin 28" (1980 version) back in, like, ..1982, imported from the Japanese publisher itself. Was going to college, had transportation finances to pay, books to buy for class... LOL ! We've gone through some desperate lengths to get things done.
